After a decade working at technology companies like Google, Facebook, and Pinterest, I quit my job to pursue a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Using biological neuroscience as my guide and the courage, insight and wisdom of my clients as my inspiration, I am constantly exploring the nature of human suffering and the most effective ways to heal it. The best thing I have done for myself and my clients is my own work with a diverse group of talented practitioners. As Ram Dass said: “We’re all just walking each other home,” and you cannot take someone somewhere you’ve never dared to venture.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #121118 in California and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor #61111649 in Washington State, I work with adults struggling with Anxiety, Depression and PTSD. My passion is connecting people to the resources they need to heal themselves. Sometimes, that means taking the therapy seat. Other times, that means using my business and marketing skills to educate and advocate for the resources that we need to meet the growing demand for individual and social healing and growth. As such, when I am not seeing clients, I advise organizations and volunteer my time with value-aligned organizations focused on ending systemic trauma, dismantling the disease model of suffering; and, bringing holistic and balanced treatments forward to promote human healing and growth.
